Patricia Moorehead is employed at Hope Community Inc. as the Real Estate Property Manager in East Harlem. Ms. Moorehead has over thirty years experience in property management. Ms. Moorehead had managed New York State Mitchell Lama Cooperatives locations in the Bronx, . of 5680 NYS Mitchell Lama Cooperatives in Jamaica, NY; Manager of 288 NYS Cooperatives in Brooklyn; Manager of a 40 unit HUD Handicapped building in New York; Manager of 32 Low Income Tax Credit buildings and currently Manager of a 102 unit HUD 202 PRAC Senior Citizen Residence. About fifteen years ago, she took a break from Real Estate and worked for the Association for Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment where she was responsible for developing and implementing expanded services for active and recovering drug users and their sexual partners. Patricia has received training from the American Red Cross to instruct African Americans in HIV/AID prevention and attended many instructional seminars and conferences pertaining to HIV and Substance Abuse in NYC, Atlanta, New Orleans, and California.

Patricia is an active member of St. Philips Episcopal Church in Brooklyn. She currently sits on the Vestry board and previously held the position of Clerk. Ms. Moorehead is a member of several church committees.
